Tyler County Magistrate Court hearings:

Anthony DiBell, 53, was charged in Tyler County Magistrate Court on November 4, 2024 with the misdemeanor offense of speeding. He pleaded no contest to the charge b efore Magistrate Lynnsie Cline and was fined $197 including costs and fees.

Levi Jacob Rasel, 25 was charged in Tyler County Magistrate Court on November 4, 2024 with the misdemeanor offense of Operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. A hearing was scheduled in the matter.

Matthew Coty Beaver, 34 was charged in Tyler County Magistrate Court on October 30, 2024 with the misdemeanor offense of No Seat Belt. He pleaded no contest to the charge and was fined $25 including costs and fees by Magistrate Lynnsie Cline.

Cody Gene Simmons, 28 was charged in Tyler County Magistrate Court on October 23, 2024 with the misdemeanor offenses of Cell Phone violation and Driving while license suspended or revoked. He pleaded guilty to the charges before Magistrate Lynnsie Cline and was fined $464 including costs and fees.

Steven Anthony Blatt II, 38 was charged in Tyler County Magistrate Court on October 23, 2024 with the misdemeanor offenses of Possession of controlled substance without valid prescription and DUI – Impaired state.
