Magistrates Lynnsie Cline and Brian Weigle Hold Court in Tyler County

Zachary Jeremiah Ferrebee, 35, was charged in Tyler County Magistrate Court on July 18, 2024 with the felony offense of Grand larceny. Bond was set by Magistrate Lynnsie Cline in the amount of $20,000. Bond was not posted.

Roger Barry Wiseman, 33, was charged in Tyler County Magistrate Court on July 24, 2024 with the misdemeanor offense of speeding. He pleaded guilty to the charge before Magistrate Brian Weigle and was fined $190.67 including costs and fees.

Kirk Russell Slider, 30, was charged in Tyler County Magistrate Court on July 20, 2024 with the felony offenses of 1 Count(s) of Possession of a Manufacture or possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to deliver Schedule I or II narcotic or methamphetamine and 1 Count(s) of Driving while suspended or revoked for DUI. Matthew Allen Owens, 49, was charged in Tyler County Magistrate Court on July 1, 2024 with the misdemeanor offense of 1 Count(s) of Operation of vehicle without evidence of registration. He pleaded no contest to the charge before Magistrate Brian Weigle and was fined

Chad M. Hawkins, 45, was cited June 24, 2024, for misdemeanor speeding and operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Department. On June 25, he was cited for operator’s license – driving while license suspended or revoked.

Macy R. Sandy, 28, was cited June 25, 2024, by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Department for operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. The presiding judge is Tyler County Magistrate Lynnsie Cline.

Larry R. Henthorne, 75, was arrested June 27, 2024, for battery by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Department. He posted a $500 bond set by Tyler County Magistrate Lynnsie Cline. He pled innocent on June 28, 2024.

Karlee R. Jacobs, 32, was cited June 28, 2024, for one count of operator’s license – driving while license suspended or revoked by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Department. She pled innocent to the charge on July 2, 2024. A pre-trial hearing is slated for 11:30 a.m. July 30, 2024, before Tyler County Magistrate Lynnsie Cline in Courtroom 1.

David E. Bowyer, 77, was arrested on one count of misdemeanor battery on June 1, 2024, by the West Virginia State Police in Paden City. He pled innocent to the charge on July 3, 2024. James V. Wells, 36, was cited July 3, 2024, for public intoxication by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Department. He entered a guilty plea on July 8, 2024, before Tyler County Magistrate Brian Weigle.

Nicole R. Parsons, 39, was arrested by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Department and charged July 18, 2024, with one count of domestic battery. She pleaded innocent to the charge on July 19, 2024, before Tyler County Magistrate Lynnsie Cline.

Stanley A. Moore, 25, was arrested July 17, 2024, by the Sistersville Police Department and charged with one misdemeanor count of domestic battery. He pleaded innocent to the charge on July 17, 2024, before Tyler County Magistrate Lynnie Cline. A bond amount of $1,500 was set on July 18, 2024.

David A. Smith, 59, was arrested July 12, 2024, by West Virginia State Police in Paden City and charged with one count of misdemeanor operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate, and one count of misdemeanor possession of controlled substance without valid prescription. He paid a $500 personal recognizance bond. He pleaded innocent to both charges on July 19, 2024.
