Thought I would share a little humor with everyone. The first one is about the elderly.

While working for an organization that delivers lunches to the elderly shut – ins, I used to take my four year old daughter on my afternoon rounds. The various appliances of old age, particularly the canes, walkers, and wheelchairs unfailing intrigued her. One day I found her staring at a pair of false teeth soaking in a glass. As i braced myself for the inevitable barrage of questions, she merely turned and whispered, “The tooth fairy will never believe this.”

The next is about ketchup……

A woman was trying hard to get the ketchup to come out of the bottle. During her struggle the phone rang so she asked her four year old to answer the phone.. ” It’s the Minister, Mommy,” the child said to her mother. Then she added, “Mommy can’t come to the phone to talk right now….She’s hitting the bottle.”

The next is Nudity.

I was driving my three young children one warm summer evening when a woman in a convertible ahead of us stood up and waved. She was stark naked! As I was reeling from the shock, I heard my five year old shout from the back seat,” MOM! That lady isn’t wearing a seat belt!”

I have a few more for another time but want to thank my dear Shirley for sharing these.

Oh what a beautiful Day on Saturday. The sunshine, the warm temperatures, birds singing and the blue sky. That is a God thing.

Congratulations to two of my favorite athletes…. Grandson Ryan, after beating the #1 seed in wrestling ,ended the season in 5th place and niece Breanna Price scored 14 points last week in basketball to assure her team a state game. She plays again on Wednesday . Go Bree
