Judith Ann Keller Bowen,78, of Middlebourne, WV passed peacefully on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.

The Heaven`s opened and welcomed another Angel in today.

It`s not the beginning or end, it is the journey between that matters. Judy was a very peaceful soul who leaves behind on her journey, her husband of 59 years Richard Daniel Bowen Sr.; son, Timothy B Bowen Sr and his wife, Lisa; grandson, Timothy Bowen Jr.; daughter, Teresa Turner; granddaughter, Tabitha Turner and grandson, Stephen Turner. She also leaves behind her brothers, Paul Keller Jr.; Bobby Keller, Ross Keller; sisters, Peggie George and Mary Jane Frazier; her special friend, Donna Folger and Judy`s beloved cat, Whitey. Judy was preceded in death by her parents Paul Sr. and Opal Keller; brother, Jerry Keller and son, Richard D Bowen Jr. “Dick”). The family thanks Wheeling Select Acuity Center and the New Martinsville Health and Rehab Center for their care during this difficult time. A special thanks to Judy`s sister, Mary Jane Frazier for all the care she has provided these last 6 months.

At Judith’s request private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
