Angela Michele

Shuman, 63, of Sistersville, WV, passed

away July 14, 2025.

She was born August 3, 1961, Angela,

affectionately known

as Angie. She was

renowned for her infectious laugh and immense generosity, particularly towards animals. Her pride in her

children and her deep

love for her husband,

Randy Shuman, were

palpable to all who

knew her. Angela

cherished her family

deeply, both her biological family and the

one she built with her

beloved friends

Angela is survived

by her devoted husband, Randy; her

daughter, Tiffany Livingston and her husband, Doug; her son,

Jacob Shuman; her

parents, SG and Linda

Snodgrass; her sister,

Andrea Wagner and

her husband, Reg,

along with their family; her brother, Matt

Snodgrass and his

wife, Becki, along

with their family; her

sister, Holly Clagg and

her husband, Mike,

along with their family; her father-in-law,

Ross Shuman; her

sister-in-law, Becky

Lollathin and her husband, Mike; and her

brother-in-law, Matt

Shuman and his wife,

Vicki, along with their

family.

She was preceded in

death by her

mother-in-law, Barbara Shuman.

A private family service will be held to

honor Angela’s life.

her love for animal

welfare.

Angela’s legacy of

love, laughter and

kindness will continue

to inspire all who were

know her.
