Elks Names January, February Teens of the Month

Sistersville Elks Lodge #333 named Jordyn Potoczny and Stephen Judge as the January Teens of the Month. David Grimes and Dakota Jones were honored as the Febuary teens.
Jordyn Potoczny is the daughter of Chris & Kelli Potoczny. She is a 4.5 GPA student attending Tyler Consolidated High School. She is a member of the Lady Knights Soccer Team. Her honors and awards include lettering in academics and soccer, faithful attendance, WVU Davis College Program, Rhododendron Girls State, Top 15%, 1st Team LKC Soccer, WVUP Dean’s List, First District Winner: We The People, We The People State Distinguished Speaker, and Class of 2022 Salutatorian. Potoczny is Studen Council Vice President, Captain of the Lady Knights Soccer Team, Class of 2022 Representative, and Senate Member; Rhododendron Girls State 2021. She holds organizational memberships in FBLA, SADD, Student Council, National Honors Society, and 2022 Executive Committee. Potoczny volunteers her time and commits community service at Saturday Recess, Trunk or Treat, A.I.B Movie Night, and is the TCHS Boy’s Basketball Statisstician and Bookkeeper.
Stephen Judge is the son of Robert Judge and holds a 3.8 GPA at Tyler Consolidated High School where he has been an active participant on the Wrestling Team his freshman and senior years. He also was awarded perfect attendance his freshman and junior years. Judge is a member of 4-H where he holds the office of 4-H Health Officer, and is a member of FFA. He volunteers and has completed community service at Bingo held at the Stealey Green Center, has volunteered his time to Judge’s Assisted Living Center by carrying in supplies, mowing, and weedeating.
David Grimes, the son of Daniel and Merritt Grimes is a 3.526 GPA student attending Tyler Consolidated who is an active member on the football team and in track and field. Grimes is an honor roll student and has completed his OSHA10 and Rigpass Certification. He is a member of 4-H and plans on attending WVUP and joining the Electricians Union.
Dakota Jones daughter of Kevin & Patricia Jones and whom is a 4.1 honor roll student at Tyler Consolidated High School. She is active in Concert Band, Marching Band, Yearbook Club. Her honors and awards include perfect attendance, honor roll, National Honor Society, and Academic award. She is the President of School Climate Committee, and is Section Leader for band. Jones is a member of FFA, School Climate Committee, and National Honor Society. Her volunteer and community service works consist of taking pictures for the yearbook, mowing lawns, painting Sistersville Pool and its benches, donated canned food for people in need for Thanksgiving, and she made Christmas cards for the nursing home.
