Tyler Ray Baker, 26, of New Martinsville was charged with a felony offense of driving while license revoked – DUI – third offense alleged to occur August 18, 2021.

Bradley Paul Glaspell, 47, of Fairmont was charged with a felony offense of fraudulent schemes alleged to occur August 11, 2021.

Robert S. Glendenning Jr., 50, of Clarington, OH was charged with a felony offense of fleeing from officer (vehicle, reckless intent) alleged to occur September 5, 2021.

Steven D. Halford, 38, of New Martinsville was charged with a felony offense of manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/delivery schedule I or II narcotic alleged to occur September 13, 2021. Halford’s preliminary hearing occurred September 22, 2021.

David Allen McConnell, 40, of Wheeling was charged with a felony offense of false evidence or forgery of title or registration alleged to occur August 3, 2021. McConnell’s preliminary hearing was waived on August 17, 2021.

Adam Kent Shaffer, 55, of New Martinsville was charged with five felony counts of failure to register or provide notice of registration changes (life registration) alleged to occur July 14, 2021. Shaffer’s preliminary hearing was waived on August 5, 2021.

Patrisha Shreve, 26, of Hundred was charged with a felony offense of grand larceny alleged to occur September 5, 2021. Shreve’s case was dismissed with prejudice on September 8, 2021. Shreve was also charged with a misdemeanor offense of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription – methamphetamine alleged to occur September 5, 2021. Shreve entered a not guilty plea on September 6, 2021. Shreve’s case was dismissed on September 8, 2021 without prejudice.

Steven Marcus Simon, 30, of Sardis, OH was charged with manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/delivery schedule I or II narcotic alleged to occur August 20, 2021. Simon was also charged with a misdemeanor offense of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription – heroin, fentanyl and methamphetamine alleged to occur August 4, 2021. Simon entered a no contest plea to possession of heroin and was sentenced to court costs and jail six months. The sentence was stayed for defendant to petition Circuit Court for supervised probation.

Edward E. Streets, 51, of New Martinsville was charged with three felony counts of failure to register or provide notice of registration changes. Streets’ initial appearance occurred September 27, 2021.

Steven Oliver Wolford, 24, of Cadiz, OH was charged with five felony counts of soliciting a minor via computer. Wolford’s preliminary hearing was waived August 31, 2021.

Logan Blake Yoho, 23, of Proctor was charged with a felony offense of sexual assault – second degree. Yoho’s preliminary hearing is set for September 21, 2021.

Crystal Louise Berisford, 38, of Pine Grove was charged with a misdemeanor offense of trespassing alleged to occur July 19, 2021. Berisford entered a no contest plea on August 27, 2021 and was sentenced to a fine and court costs.

Brittany Megan Dennison, 30, of Friendly was charged with a misdemeanor offense of assault alleged to occur September 11, 2021. Dennison entered a no contest plea on September 16, 2021 and was sentenced to a fine and jail 30 days.

Debra Ann Derby, 53, of Paden City was charged with a misdemeanor offense of keeping vicious dogs. D. Derby entered a guilty plea on August 24, 2021 and was sentenced to a fine and court costs.

Shawn Derby, 26, of Littleton was charged with a misdemeanor offense of unlawful disposal of litter greater than 500 pounds or for commercial purposes alleged to occur August 5, 2021. S. Derby’s initial appearance is set for September 22, 2021.

Amber Lynn Ellenwood, 29, of New Martinsville was charged with a misdemeanor offense of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription alleged to occur September 3, 2021.

Chad Ethan Fluharty, 41, of Pine Grove was charged with a misdemeanor offense of battery alleged to occur August 21, 2021. Fluharty entered a no contest plea on September 8, 2021 and was sentenced to court costs, jail 60 days and unsupervised probation for six months.

Jessica Dawn Goddard, 39, of Clarington OH was charged with a misdemeanor offense of unlawful injury to or destruction of property and tampering with tubes, pipes, wires or electrical conductors. Goddard entered a not guilty plea to both charges on September 2, 2021.

Michael Greathouse, 52, New Martinsville was charged with a misdemeanor offense of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription – methamphetamine alleged to occur August 28, 2021.

Robin M. Grimm, 53, of Paden City was charged with a misdemeanor offense of driving under the influence – second offense. Grimm’s pre-trial is set for September 27, 2021.

Jesse D. Kerns, 42, of Hundred was charged with a misdemeanor offense of domestic battery alleged to occur August 26, 2021. Kerns entered a not guilty plea on August 26, 2021. Kerns’ pre-trial occurred September 21, 2021.

Benjamin John Kocher, 47, of New Martinsville was charged with a misdemeanor offense of destruction of property alleged to occur on September 12, 2021.

Christopher Charles Lee, 50, of New Martinsville, who was charged with a misdemeanor offense of child neglect creating risk of bodily injury – second offense alleged to occur April 23, 2021, entered a not guilty plea on September 10, 2021.

Matthew Scott McDiffit, 49, of New Martinsville was charged with a misdemeanor offense of driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level greater than or equal to .15 alleged to occur August 21, 2021.

Shyann Lee Miller was charged with misdemeanor offenses of trespassing and harassment alleged to occur August 7, 2021. Miller entered a not guilty plea on September 8, 2021.

Paul Porter Parsons Jr., 29, of St. Mary’s was charged with a misdemeanor offense of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription alleged to occur August 7, 2021. P. Parsons entered a guilty plea on August 18, 2021 to less than 15 grams of marijuana and was sentenced to a fine and court costs.

Samuel Jay Parsons, 46, of Paden City was charged with misdemeanor offenses of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and battery on law enforcement officer alleged to occur September 6, 2021. S. Parsons entered a not guilty plea on September 7, 2021. S. Parsons’ pre-trial occurred September 27, 2021.

Gabrielle Alexa Pavlik, 31, of New Martinsville was charged with a misdemeanor offense of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription – methamphetamine alleged to occur September 1, 2021.

Paul J. Poole, 36, of New Martinsville, who was charged with knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription alleged to occur March 16, 2021, entered a guilty plea on August 17, 2021 and was sentenced to court costs and jail 90 days.

Deven Trey Price was charged with a misdemeanor offense of brandishing a deadly weapon alleged to occur September 6, 2021. Price’s initial appearance occurred September 22, 2021.

Tiffany Danielle Reed, 34, of Paden City was charged with a misdemeanor offense of cruelty to animals alleged to occur August 25, 2021. Reed entered a not guilty plea on September 8, 2021. Reed’s pre-trial occurred September 27, 2021.

Amanda D. Riggs, 33, of New Martinsville was charged with a misdemeanor offense of failure to register or provide registration changes alleged to occur July 21, 2021. Riggs entered a not guilty plea on August 24, 2021. Riggs’ pre-trial occurred September 21, 2021.

Robert Jack Six, 37, of Burton was charged with a misdemeanor offense of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription alleged to occur July 30, 2021. Six entered a not guilty plea on August 3, 2021.

Ashley Ann Steed, 31, of Moundsville was charged with a misdemeanor offense of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription – marijuana. Steed entered a guilty deferred plea on August 4, 2021 and was sentenced to court costs and unsupervised probation six months.

Jamie Lee Wright, 46, of Pine Grove was charged with a misdemeanor offense of domestic battery – second offense alleged to occur August 30, 2021. Wright entered a not guilty plea on August 31, 2021. Wright’s pre-trial is set for October 14, 2021.
