West Virginia Conservation Officer Garryn Clark and Wetzel County BOE Coordinator Johnathan Snider show proud smiles as they each hold their share of an Elk skull. In a recent presentation, Officer Clark told the local Rotary member that the state has reintroduced elk into the state after being absent for more than 200 years.
