Mountaineer Food Bank Sets up Shop In Sistersville

The Tyler County Mobile Food Pantry, in conjunction with the Mountaineer Food Bank, set up shop at the First Baptist Church parking lot in Sistersville on Thursday, July 25, 2024.

One of the largest crowds of the year line up in their cars for the food distribution. The Mobile food pantry conducts approximately thirty mobile food donations a month in various counties across West Virginia. The Mobile Food Pantry schedule can be found on their website at www.mountaineerfoodbank.org/mobile-food-pantry.

Thanks go out to several organizations that volunteered their time to help distribute the food. The Health Plan, VFW Post 6327 Auxiliary, Williams, Antero Midstream, WIC, TCS ( Tech Compliance Solutions), Sistersville Methodist Church, First Baptist of Sistersville, Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Tyler County OEM, Tyler County Family Resource Network.
