Mia Bailey Crowned 2024 Oil & Gas Queen

Mia Bailey is crowned the 2024 Oil & Gas Queen.
The 56th annual West Virginia Oil and Gas Festival Pageant was held at the Lincoln Theater in New Martinsville on July 13. The pageant, originally scheduled to take place at TCHS auditorium, was moved to the Lincoln theater because of construction. Seven lovely contestants were vying for the prestigious 2024 title along with the opportunity to represent the festival throughout the state. The 2024 queen contestants competing for the crown were Jackie Cheuvront, Madelyn Johnson, Oliva Edinger, Julie Koontz, Mia Bailey, Emily Anderson and Kati Hatfield.
The evening concluded with the crowning of the 2024 Oil and Gas Queen Mia Bailey. Presenting the Crown to Miss Bailey was 2023 Oil and Gas Queen Miss Alyssa Lilly.
The WV Oil & Gas Festival extends special recognition to Miss Lilly for a wonderful year of service to the Oil & Gas Industry. They express their sincere thanks for being a wonderful representative of the Oil & Gas Festival and wish her all the best in her future endeavors as 2024 Miss West Virginia Association of Fairs and Festivals and beyond.
Other recipients of awards were 1st Runner Up – Emily Anderson, 2nd Runner Up – Oliva Edinger, 3rd Runner up – Jackie Cheuvront, 4th Runner Up – Madelyn Johnson, Miss Photogenic – Oliva Edinger, Barbara Vincent Memorial Spirit Award – Jackie Cheuvront, Jr. Miss – Harper Hall, Little Miss – Eliza Stoneking, Tiny Miss – Mia Rosenlieb and Toddler Miss – Paislee Robinson.
