Mya Anderson Goes for the Pin

The Silver Knights Wrestling team came away with three commanding victories on Wednesday over area teams Paden City, Hundred, and River (Hannibal, OH) High Schools. These three wins improved the Silver Knights dual meet record to 12-5 on the season. Undefeated wrestlers for the evening were Luke Yoho, Kaden Huffman, Colsen Spragg, Branson Winfrey, Steven Judge, Nate Deaton, Trenton Huffman, and Sean Winfrey. The Silver Knights head to Cameron on 1/8 for an individual style tournament.

“It was a good night to close out our last home match of the season. We were fortunate to capture 5 wins without any losses at home this year. We now turn our sights to tournament season as we only have one dual style match remaining for the year. We are approaching a critical part of the season and we are going to keep working hard in the practice room to prepare ourselves for what lies ahead,” said Coach Paden Morris
