Rain doesn’t dampen spirits at Fun Run

By Staff | Sep 3, 2014

The runners participating paid little attention to the precipitation at the Paden City Labor Day Fun Run on Monday morning. The heaviest of downpours held off until almost the very end of the race, which was a runner’s delight.

The Annual Paden City Labor Day “Fun Run” was held in the city on Sept. 1 with more than 70 participating. The falling rain drops failed to dampen the spirits of the organizers and the participants who found running in the coolness of the rain a plus.
