Speedway “Salutes the Troops”

Tyler County Speedway honored the 119th Engineer Division of the WV National Guard with the National Guard members participating in the flag ceremony, ran the track, and operated the "pace" vehicle for the Mod Lite division.
It was a “Big Bad night” on July 4 as the Monster Truck Summer Nationals invaded the Tyler County Speedway. Monster Machines such as “The Equalizer”, “Red Solo Truck” and “Bad News Travels Fast” were all part of the in-car crushing action at the speedway.
Also on the card were the Mini Wedge National Championship, Hotmods, Modlites, and 4 Cylinders.
On July 5, the Tyler County Speedway honored America as well as Independence Day when they paid tribute to the Armed Forces as they hosted a “Salute our Troops” night at the races with a full show of racing action featuring the J&R Excavating Super Late Models, Peoples Bank FASTRAK Late Models, Two Brothers Motorsports Modifieds, Modlites, Hotmods, 4 Cylinders and MWRA Mini Wedges!

Coming up on July 12, $5 night will be the main attraction. Fans who bring five armbands from the 2014 season will be able to enter for just five dollars.

The Equalizer
A full slate of racing will be on track with Late Models, FASTRAK LateModels, Modifieds, Modlites, Hotmods, 4-Cylinders, and MWRA Mini Wedges.

In addition to the incredible Special Event lineup, the Tyler County Speedway Weekly Racing Series consists of the Super Late Models, FASTRAK Late Models, Open Wheel Modifieds, Hotmods, ModLites, FWD 4 Cylinders and MWRA Mini Wedges on Saturday Nights April thru September.
