Hooked on Fishing was a great success
The Tyler Gun and Rod Club held their annual “Hooked on Fishing – Not on Drugs” youth fishing program at Conaway Lake on May 4. The program was a huge success with more than 100 youngsters participating.
The Club would like to thank all the people and businesses who helped make this year’s program such a success: Jim and Nancy Smith, Calvin Stewart, Talkington Gun Shop, Long Reach Federal Credit Union, Donnie Smith, The Fort, Otto and Norma Jean Smith, Bell Chevrolet, Harry Stappel, Sharon and Curt Woken, Upper Ohio Soil Conservation District, Peoples Bank, DAC Energy, Jim Bowen, Union National Bank, Country Road Store, Joe McGray, Denise Gorby, Lillie and Jim Wilson, Phillips Pharmacy, Galaxy Food Mart, McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s and Witschey’s Shop-n-Save.
