Firefighters forced to cancel Bullring Bonanza drawing
Regretfully, the Tyler County Firefighters Association has been forced to make the difficult decision to cancel the Bullring Bonanza prize drawing as insufficient ticket sales of less than 1,500 gave the TCFA little choice.
Knowing that many camping and travel plans have been put into place to attend by loyal ticket buyers the TCFA reached out to the Hometown Racing Association and came to an agreement to keep portions of the weekend alive. Hometown Racing graciously stepped up to move forward and continue the already scheduled Colt Ford/Justin Moore Concert and continue all racing events and their formats at the Tyler County Speedway including the World of Outlaw Late Model “Jackpot 100” and Renegade of Dirt “Let it Ride 55”.
“It was a very unfortunate decision that had to be made” stated TCFA President Steve Leasure.
“We assure everyone who would like a full refund, they will receive it in full immediately.”
“We would like to take this opportunity to thank Hometown Racing Association for stepping up and allowing the race and concert portion of events to continue,” added Leasure. “Doing so allows all ticket buyers the opportunity to still attend and be part of the summer’s can’t miss event,” concluded Leasure.
The TCFA would like to thank the many ticket buyers and supporters of the Bullring Bonanza over the last two years.
Ticket buyers who purchased Bullring Bonanza tickets solely for the prize drawing or are unable to attend and would like a complete refund may do so by calling 304-771-5661, or a representative from the TCFA will be contacting you in the next couple of days.
Those who still plan on enjoying the jam-packed weekend featuring three nights of racing action at the Tyler County Speedway and a major country concert featuring Zack Paxson, Colt Ford and Justin Moore will receive a $20 refund on their original $100 Bonanza ticket purchase, continuing to make it motorsports’ biggest bargain.
New ticket buyers may now purchase an $80 four-day all access pass (pit pass included), $40 concert only tickets. Single day general admission pricing is available day of races as well.
