The Tyler Star News sponsored the 2nd Annual TSN Cornhole Tournament on June 14 at Fox’s Business & Activity Center in Sistersville.

The TSN planned to hold the tournament during the relay event on June 1, but weather prevented the teams from competing.

Teams of two competed in a bracketed, double-elimination tournament to trophies and notoriety among their fellow cornholers. For the second year in a row Eric Hess and Lionel Potts took home the 1st place trophy. Finishing in 2nd place were Arnold Schoolcraft and Jerry Zwick. Team TNT, Todd Tippins and Tim Fluharty, placed 3rd overall.

Also competing were Doc Moore, Cody Moore, Mike Price, P.J. Price, Larry Price, Chuck Price, Dave Fox, and Jason Hood.

Proceeds from the tournament benefited Relay For Life of Tyler County.
