On the weekend of December 27th Eliana Winfrey participated in the National Powerade Wrestling tournament held in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, and came home with an impressive 5th place finish. Eliana faced strong competition with over 200 wrestlers participating and 30 plus nationally ranked wrestlers of which 4 or 5 are Number 1 ranked wrestlers in the nation.

Powerade Wrestling refers to the prestigious, annual Powerade Wrestling Tournament, a major high school wrestling event held each year in Pennsylvania. Known for attracting elite, nationally ranked talent, and future NCAA stars, it is often considered among the top in season tournaments in the United States. It’s a giant two day event featuring top teams and wrestlers, offering intense competition, and a chance for champions to solidify their rankings and legacies.
