Juliana Lattea reaches 1,000 rebounds.

The Tyler Consolidated Lady Knights honored their lone senior, Juliana Lattea, on Friday night January 31 with a big win over a tough Wahama White Falcon team with a 50-42 victory.

The game was back and forth with the Knights trailing 11-10 after the first period and reversed that lead to take a 21-20 lead at halftime. The third quarter saw the Lady Knights extend the lead to 35-29 and they held on in the fourth outscoring the White Falcons 15-13 to secure the victory.

Lattea did not disappoint the home crowd leading the way with 16 points. Teammate Katie Grimm supported the effort with 13 points. Riley Stover chipped in with nine, Taylor Donaldson added six and Addison Reed had four points. Macie Highley rounded out the scoring with two for now 9-11 Lady Knights.

Earlier in the week Lattea pulled down her 1000th rebound for the most rebounds in school history. Congrats on this great accomplishment.
