Branson Winfrey reaches 100 wins.

The Silver Knights Boys Wrestling Team traveled to Greenbrier West High School on Saturday, December 28, 2024, and came home with a 3rd place finish out of eight participating teams in the Greenbrier West Tournament. Branson Winfrey picked up win No. 100 going 5-0 on the day. The Winfrey brothers all were undefeated with Gideon and Israel both going 2-0. Other big performers were Colsen Spragg going 5-0 and freshman Martel King also going 5-0. Kellan Dalrymple finished the day 3-0. Senior Nate Deaton and Sophomore Wesley Kelly both went 4-1. Barrett Golden won three times, Gabe Glover with two wins and both Kolton Underwood and Conner Holberton each with one win.

The Silver Knights will be in action again on January 7 with a dual match at John Marshall starting at 2:00 PM and then on January 11 at the RJ Sochia Memorial Tournament in Alexander, Ohio.
