From Connie Stewart
I would like to thank everyone who attended the FCCLA Chapter Bake Sale, Saturday April 29, 2017. The members have worked very hard in preparing for competitions and raising money for various activities. The support is greatly appreciated and the members enjoy doing activities for the school and community. We are very proud of having two members selected for state office: Alaina Thompson, Vice-President of Parliamentary Procedure and Megan Vandruff, Vice-President of Community Sertvice.
We also have two other members in competitions in Star Events. I am very proud as a TCMS/TCHS Advisor to have studenst represent our school, community, and the great state of West Virginia. But as we all know, it takes money to take five people to Nashville, TN. The chapter would appreciate and donations to help our chapter in going to nationals in July 2-7, 2017. This is an honor for these students in going to learn more about their organization, develop leadership skills, meet new people, and develop an understanding in future careers. Thank you for your support.
