On behalf of the Paden City Museum and Cultural Center, I would like to thank all of those who helped make our latest raffle of “By Ohio’s Sunlit Waters” such a big success.
The drawing was held on Oct. 11 at the Paden City Fall Festival and the winner is Kathy Hines of Paden City.
