Dear Editor:

There are a lot of people who run for public office who are interested in the future of Sistersville.

Let us spend our energy in working for the future and betterment of our great city. We all need to say “what can I do to help,” as our motto.

We have a great police department, Park and Pool Board, garbage service and a city crew that work hard to make things better for us. We need to support their efforts for what they do for us.

We can use these words “Bold Steps Ahead,” as our thought for the future of Sistersville.

We should thank all the citizens for their dedication and efforts in the past.
