The American Legion Auxiliary, Paden City Unit 86, will hold their annual Poppy Drive on May 3rd and 4th. Unit members will be in front of WesBanco in Paden City. We hope everyone will support this auxiliary program, as the donations are used for our veterans’ needs. West Virginia has only one veteran, Norbert F. Reid, who makes thousands of poppies for our state Poppy Days. Mr. Reid served in the Air Force and resides at The West Virginia Veterans Home.
