I would like to express my gratitude to the Sistersville Police Department for their genuine concern and help in trying to find out who abused the kitten in the Sistersville City Park last week.

Also, I would appreciate it if the lady who reported the incident would contact me at the Olive Branch (304-652-1010) or the Sistersville Police Department (304-652-1570) to provide additional information.
