Dear Editor,

Tom and I would like to thank all the local businesses, friends and family who helped make the benefit held on Dec. 4, 2010 for the Amanda J. Ice Memorial Scholarship Fund a great success.

Without their generous contributions of merchandise, donations and time this would not have been possible. It is so great to live in a community that is so willing to help one another even in the toughest of times.

We would also like to thank Carman Harman, Cheernastics Twirlers, Long Reach Blue Grass Band, Dan Bray, Country Sounds Band, The Rocking Country Band and WETZ for helping or performing at the Benefit.

We have been so blessed to have such good friends and family members to help us.

Donations can be mailed to Doolin Security Bank 610 N. St. Rt 2 New Martinsville, WV made payable to The Amanda J. Ice Memorial Scholarship Fund.
