From Greg Goodfellow
Dear Editor:
As many ‘Knights Radio, WRSG’ fans have known for many weeks, we were forced to broadcast on a backup system while our two station computers were sent away for upgrades, plus an entire replacement system. By the time you read this, the computers are on the way, and everything should be fully functional by the end of next week.
We apologize to our many bluegrass fans that have missed out on the “Bluegrass Bonanza” weekend shows, plus fans of all of our other formats. Rest assured that bluegrass will continue to air as always on Knights Radio, as well as all of our regular formats. We also apologize to our many supporters that haven’t had their program announcements aired, as well as those that rely on us for local and school news, plus daily updated weather forecasts.
Thanks to the generosity of the Community Foundation of the Ohio Valley, Inc., which administers the Stealey Green Fund, we will once again have the SUMMER KNIGHTS RADIO SHOW, beginning the last week of this month and running through the Tyler County Fair.
Those students that desire those all-important community service hours should call either 304-758-9000, x 128 and leave a message, or call 304-652-1409 and leave a message as well.
Keep reading the Tyler Star News for more station updates, and, as always, THANKS for listening to YOUR radio station-KNIGHTS RADIO, WRSG!
Sincerely,
Greg Goodfellow
WRSG Station Manager
