Dear Editor:

I would like to thank the following people for their never-ending generosity and support during Sistersville Public Library’s Imagination Library Launch Party on April 16, 2010: Robin Taylor and Rachel Gray with the West Virginia Department of Education and the Arts, Steve Leasure and the Sistersville Volunteer Fire Department, Pat Morris and Deb Martie with the Sistersville IGA, Sistersville General Hospital, the Wetzel-Tyler WIC and Birth to Three programs, Sistersville Girl Scout Troop # 5977, Dennis Regling, Sabrina Kyle, Arianne Roberts, Jennifer Hicks, Camilla Miller, Kurt McMillan, Corrie Lemasters, Brittany Weekley, Jasmine Kyle, Angel Kyle, Kathy Hicks and all of my facebook friends that helped to advertise the event when our ad didn’t make it into the newspaper.

Without the help of the above-mentioned people the event would not have been the wonderful success that it was.Thank you all so very much!

If you were unable to attend the launch party, you can still sign your child up for the program.If your child is between the ages of birth and five years old and resides in Tyler County, he or she is eligible to receive one free age appropriate book per month until his or her fifth birthday.Just stop by the library at 518 Wells Street and fill out a short registration form.

Our hours are Monday and Friday, 1-5 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday, 1-8 p.m/, Wednesday, 10-3 p.m., and Saturday 10-2 p.m.
