Dear Editor,

I would like to thank the Valley Grange for hosting a series of winter livestock meetings for regional farmers. Farmers gained knowledge about enhancing forage production, improving feed, and yielding benefits from crossbred cattle.

Local dinner sponsors included John and Joellen Roberts, Marshall County Co-Op, Beverly Feed and Equipment and Pfizer. The Farm Bureau assisted in collecting donations. I appreciate all others who gave their time and effort to improve the lives of members of our community. You are truly generous and giving.
