Sharing is Caring

By Staff | Apr 6, 2011

This newspaper is a labor of love, composed by a dedicated staff of three with the help of the communities we serve. Each story is written with care; each page is carefully paginated for aesthetic appeal; and each photograph is scaled, touched-up and strategically placed to say what words alone cannot. This is what we do – it’s our job.

Yes, we make mistakes from time to time. . .we aren’t perfect. But we aim to deliver news pertinent to this area, showcase the treasure trove of talent stored within the county and provide our readers with an outlet to express themselves.

This week’s installment of the Tyler Star News contains headlines that are positive and offer a ray hope. Others serve as a reality check or call to action. We urge you to pay close attention to the information contained within the 20 pages of this newspaper. Offer “congratulations” where it is due; thank yous to those who deserve your gratitude; condolences to your neighbors who are suffering; aid to the families and organizations in need of financial assistance; and attention to the important notices and changes within our community.

Share! That’s what “community” is all about. . .that’s what the TSN is all about.
