Barbara Idella Neff

Barbara Idella Neff,

81, of Paden City, WV

passed away on August 10, 2026. She

was the daughter of the

late Lenora Laugh

Johnson and John Eugene Powell, born on

March 3, 1945.

Barbara was a

member of the Ladies

Auxiliary of the

Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 2281 and

the American Legion

Auxiliary Unit 86,

both in Paden City.

In addition to her

parents, Barbara was

preceded in death by

her siblings, Gary

Powell, Mona Gilbert,

Georgia Strother, Ruth

Ann Ullom; her husband, Everett Neff;

and her granddaughter,

Kelsey Carroll Day.

Family surviving are

her children, Everett

(Becky) Neff II of

Middlebourne, WV

and Suzanne (Lem)

Carroll of Paden City;

her grandchildren,

Luke (Tonya) Neff of

Cumberland, OH, Kara

(John) Cleek of Senecaville, OH, Kayla

(Jacob) Perry of Ona,

WV, Kaitlyn (Jeff)

Nieman of Morgantown, WV, and Logan

(Marisa) Carroll of

New Martinsville,

WV; and seven

great-grandchildren.

Per Barbara’s request, there will be no

services.
