She was born April

3, 1964, in Sistersville, WV, a daughter

of Marjorie Rouse

Potts of Hannibal, OH.

She graduated from

River High School in

1983. Became a hairdresser shortly after.

Robin then went back

to school and became a

Registered Respiratory

Therapist, before

becoming a fulltime

caregiver for her

daughter in 1999 up

until 2023. Robin was

a member of the

Church of Jesus Christ

Latter Day Saints.

She was preceded in

death by father, Walter

Junie Potts.

Survivors include

two daughters, Alexis

Haught of Moundsville, WV and Tincy

(Chris) Haught of La

Pine, OR; her mother;

dad to the girls, Ralph

O’Neil; two brothers,

Mike Lallathin of New

Martinsville, WV and

Floyd Baker of

Columbus, OH; two

sisters, Sue (Barry)

Kern and Lorena Lallathin, both of NC.

No services will be

held, per Robin’s request.
