Linda Marlane Lasure

Linda Marlane Lasure, 80, of Alma, WV left this world on Monday, March 9, 2026 while at her home.

Linda was born April 15, 1945, in Greensburg, PA daughter of the late Donald and Vera (Hayes) Sanders.

She was retired from the FBI. Linda enjoyed visiting casinos, family and friends, working with flowers, growing tomatoes and watching her soaps – especially Days of Our Lives. Linda was a member of the Just As I Am Ministry.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin infant children; sister, Judith Stinebiser and brother, David Howell.

Surviving is her husband of thirteen years, Bruce Lasure; son, Jared Tuk of Baden, PA; four step children, Sherri Darrah of Shinnston, WV, Robert (Sheri) Lasure of Lakeland, FL, Cynthia Lasure of New Martinsville, WV and Mike (Oya) Darrah of Ashburn, VA and numerous step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received noon until time of service at 2 p.m., Friday, March 13, 2026 at the Furbee Williams Funeral Home, 7908 Middle Creek Road, Alma, WV with burial to follow in the Shirley United Methodist Church Cemetery in Shirley, WV.
