Phillip Ray Frazier
Phillip Ray Frazier, 78, of Wileyville, WV formerly of Paden City, WV passed peacefully on Monday, March 2, 2026 at his home.
Phillip was born September 10, 1947, in New Martinsville, WV son of the late Edwin Russell and Velva Lenore (Starkey) Frazier.
He was a retired Pump Compressor Mechanic for Bayer and a U.S. Army Veteran serving during Vietnam. Phillip liked hunting, working, riding four wheelers, working on tractors, timbering, carpentry and had served on the Paden City Park and Pool Commission years ago.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Russell Frazier and sister, Ruth Ann Henderson.
Surviving are his two daughters, Amy Frazier and Kimberly (Robert) Hizer both of Paden City, WV; three grandchildren, Kayla (Joseph) Semple of Paden City, WV, Hayden (Autumn Bonaventura) Hizer of Moundsville, WV and Brandon (Jocelyn Sawinski) Hizer of Benwood, WV; great grandson, Keegan Semple; sister, Carolyn Frazier of Sistersville, WV; brother, Bob Frazier of Grafton, WV; Carol Frazier of Paden City, WV; Christine Ballard of Morgantown, WV and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Friday, March 6, 2026 at the Jarvis Williams Funeral Home in Paden City where services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, March 7, 2026 with burial to follow in Paden Memorial Gardens in Paden City, WV.
