Patrick Pat Smith,

75, of Sistersville,

WV, passed away on

July 13, 2025 at Sistersville General Hospital.

He was born on December 6, 1949, in

Sistersville, WV, a son

of the late Gail Smith

and Mary Haught

Smith.

Pat was a United

States Army veteran

serving in Vietnam. He

enjoyed farming, fishing and hunting. He

was always tinkering

and breaking things

on the farm. He enjoyed watching

westerns and all of his

little dogs.

He is survived by his

wife, Tammy Ball

Smith; sons, Robert

Smith of Youngstown,

OH and Samuel

(Shawna Richeson)

Smith of Sistersville,

WV; daughters, Julia

Smith Oliver of

Youngstown, OH and

Tiffany (Isaac) Hall of

Sardis, OH; stepchildren, Jessica (James)

Thompson of Crestview, FL and Justin

(Jessica) Carpenter of

Belmont, WV;

daughter, Alexis

(Matt) Damron of

Ashland, KY; brother,

David Smith of Hamden, OH; 14

grandchildren and 2

great-grandchildren.

In addition to his

parents, he was preceded in death by his

sister, Susan Thomas.

Visitation will be on

Thursday, July 17,

2025 from 4-8 pm at

Myers Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be

on Friday, July 18,

2025 at Hope Fellowship Church at 12:00

pm with full military

rites with Ben Thomas

officiating. Burial will

be at the Smith Family

Farm.
