Sue Ellen Henderson

Sue Ellen Henderson, 69, of Middlebourne, WV, went to

be with her Lord on

May 25, 2025.

She was born August 28, 1955 in

Marietta, OH, a

daughter of the late

Edmund June and

Martha Jane Kirkbride.

Sue attended the

Middlebourne Baptist

Church, she was an artist and she worked at

Bob Evans Restaurant

for several years. She

loved people and became instant friends

with everyone she met.

She was a foster parent

and was Momma

Sue to over 30 foster

children.

She is survived by

her husband of 50

years, Steve Henderson; sons, Luke

Henderson, Charlie

(Jill) Henderson and

Gabe (Beth) Henderson; daughter, Aundie

(Nathan) Weekley; sister, Mary Asher; brothers, Richard (Deanna)

Kirkbride, Frank Kirkbride and Phillip Kirkbride; sisters-in-law,

Sandra Henderson,

Kate Smith and

Sueann (Cliff) Walter;

many grandchildren,

great-grandchildren,

nieces, nephews, foster

children and friends

that she dearly loved.

In lieu of flowers,

memorial donations

honor to Latrobe Street

Mission, 1725 Latrobe

Street, Parkersburg,

WV 26101.

There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, May 31, 2025

at 1:00 PM at their

home at 796 Middle

Island Road, Middlebourne, WV 26149

with Pastor Ed Gullett

officiating.
