Nancy Lee Moore

Nancy Lee Moore, 81, of New Martinsville, WV took the next step on her journey on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at her home while surrounded by her loving family.

Nancy was born March 29, 1943, in New Martinsville, WV daughter of the late Thurman G. and Margaret D. (Longwell) Stillwagoner.

She was a homemaker, enjoyed fishing, hunting, collecting Knick knacks (especially pigs), and member of the Steelton Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her second husband, Chester G. Moore; granddaughter, Angelina Dawn Martin; siblings, Fay, Annabell, Charlotte, Joe, Richard, Thurman “Pooch”, Terry, Edwood, Bobby, Troy and Eddy.

Surviving are her children, Rick (Terry) Stillwagoner of Proctor, WV and Shirley Martin of Middlebourne, WV; son-in-law, Darwin Martin of Middlebourne, WV; grandchildren, Ricky (Jennifer) Stillwagoner and Josh (Melissa) Stillwagoner both of New Martinsville, WV, Daniel (Rebecca) Stillwagoner of Middlebourne, WV, Rob Martin of Sistersville, WV and Misti (James) Deal of Glenwood, WV; sister, Barbara Mayes of Point Pleasant, WV; thirteen great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; canine, Hazel Nut and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Friday, October 25, 2024 at the Furbee Williams Funeral Home, 217 Main St., Middlebourne, where services will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, October 26, 2024 with cousin Pat Stillwagoner officiating. Burial to follow in the Alfred Smith Cemetery near Sancho.
