Charlene Mae Latimer

Charlene Mae Latimer, 74, of Paden City, WV left this world on Friday, February 23, 2024.

Charlene was born November 6, 1949, in New Martinsville, WV daughter of the late Victor E. and Atha R. (Welling) Wells.

She was a case worker for Catholic Community Services, graduate of Paden City High School Class of 1967, graduate of the University of Hawaii Class of 1990 where she obtained her Masters Degree and she enjoyed gardening.

Surviving is her husband of fifty-six years, “Bob” Latimer; two daughters, Jennifer Latimer of Paden City, WV and Cassie (Joshua Coombs) Latimer of Belpre, OH; brother, Eugene (Yvonne) Leasure of Sulphur, LA; four grandchildren, Zachary Golden, Barrett Golden, Zorita Watson and Jaycee Coombs and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received 3-7 p.m., Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City, WV.
