Jason Lee Pratt, 40, of Duckworth Ridge Road, Wilbur, departed this life Tuesday, April 5, 2016, in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, where he went home to be with his Lord and Savior.

He was born July 1, 1975 in Sistersville, a son of Elden (Chris) Pratt and Cheryl Lynn Whaley (David) Barrick.
