Walton E. “Sonny” Smith Jr., 71, of Jefferson Run Road, Alma departed this life Thursday, May 21, 2015, in Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling. He was born in Wellburg, WV, April 7, 1944 the son of the late Walton E. And Stella Sebeck Smith.
