Carse, Carlton Glen

Carse, Carlton Glen, of Sistersville, was a man of fortitude, faithfulness, determination; he was a small village man with a huge grateful heart and kind spirit. The twinkle in his blue eyes matched the spirit of gratitude for each day of life and will be missed as he passed from this life on January 23, 2014, after recently celebrating his 87th birthday. He looked forward to his reunion with Dianne (November 2012), Christopher (August 2009), and David (March 1964), even as he embraced each new day.
