James E. Conklin, 68, of Harrison City, PA, went home to be with his Lord, on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012, in his home.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, August 4 at 2 p.m. in the Oxford Street Church of Christ, 219 Oxford St., Sistersville W.Va., with Rev. Jerry Toothman officiating.
