Stanley L. Spencer, 65, of Middlebourne departed this life Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at the home of his sister Penny Perkins, Pennsboro. He was born March 27, 1947 in Tyler County a son of Golden and Irene McCune Spencer of Middlebourne.
