Joanne Margaret (Baker) Ingram, 80, of Sistersville, WV passed away October 6, 2012 at her home surrounded by her loving family after a battle with lung cancer. She was born March 12, 1932 in Middlebourne, WV, she was the only daughter of the late Burl M. and Sadie M. Milbourn Baker.
