Sylvia M. Archer, 85, of Reno, Marietta, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, March 17, 2012, at Heartland of Marietta. She was born in Superior, W.Va., to Ernest and Violet Turner Ulisse on November 5, 1926, and grew up in Caples, W.Va.
