Donald Dean Forester, Sr., 77, of Colliers, WV, passed away Sunday, March 11, 2012 in Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, Ohio with his family by his side. He was born on Nov. 23, 1934 in Tyler County, WV. He was the son of the late Clyde and Verga Jones Forester.
