Rosa Rice, 92, of Genesis Health Care, Sistersville departed this life Monday, Feb. 20, 2012 in the facility.

She was born Jan. 24, 1920 at Willow Fork, Tyler County a daughter of the late Brice and Agatha Grimes Welling.
