Hart, Billy D.

Billy D. Hart, 76, of Little, Tyler County, WV was taken home to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, Nov. 11, 2011 at Liza’s Place in Wheeling, WV.

He was born on Oct. 22, 1935 in Nine Mile Community, Pleasants County, WV, a son of the late Raymond and Lennie Roby Hart.
