Lewis, Lloyd A., Sr., age 74, of Paden City, WV, passed away Saturday, October 8, 2011 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born January 19, 1937 in New Martinsville, WV, the son of the late Thomas George and Lottie Kocher Lewis.
