Following are cases heard in municipal court during the month of March, according to information provided by the Paden City Police Department:

Crystal Glik of Main Street, Paden City, was cited for prohibited parking. She pleaded no contest. A forfeited bond of $25 was ordered.

Pamela Moore of Third Avenue, Paden City, was cited for deposit of garbage, rubbish, junk, etc. She pleaded no contest. A forfeited bond of $227 was ordered.

Mason Frick of Washington Street, Paden City, was cited for no/expired MVI. He failed to appear. Bond was set at $127.

George Moffitt of Main Street, Paden City, was cited for shoplifting. He pleaded guilty. A payment plan was set up. A bond of $327 was ordered and a $25 administration fee.

Kristina Zills of North Third Avenue, Paden City, was cited for speeding. She pleaded guilty. A forfeited bond of $169 was ordered.

Maverick Stewart of Washington Street, East Charleston, W.Va., was cited for expired MVI. He failed to appear. A bond of $127 was ordered.

Cody Bennett of Thistle Avenue, Sistersville, was cited for expired MVI and defective equipment. He pleaded guilty. A forfeited bond of $254 was ordered.

Randal Laugh of Virginia Street, Sistersville, was cited for no proof of insurance. He pleaded no contest. A payment plan was set up. A bond of $127 was ordered and an administration fee of $25.

William McCoy of Lynn Camp Road, Pennsboro, W.Va, was cited for possession and expired registration. He failed to appear. Bond was set at $654.

Gary Davis of McCouches Lane, Sistersville, was cited for no proof of insurance. He failed to appear. His bond was set at $127.

Zoa Postlethwait of East Jackson Street, Paden City, was cited for a dog at large. Postlethwait failed to appear. Bond was set at $177.

Brian L. Reynolds of Clay Street, Sistersville, was cited for no parking. He pleaded guilty. Bond was set at $15.

Henry J. Coen of Pine Grove was cited for no parking. He pleaded guilty. His bond was set at $15.

Devin Walton of South Fourth Street, Paden City, was cited for reckless driving. He pleaded not guilty. A trial date of April 15 was set.

David Nelson of Third Avenue, Paden City, was cited for a dog at large. He pleaded not guilty. A trial date of April 15 was set.
