Melissa Sue Tustin, 30, was charged in Tyler County Magistrate Court on May 12, 2024 with the misdemeanor offense of Possession of controlled substance without valid prescription. The offense is alleged to have occurred on or about May 11. She pleaded not guilty to the crime before Magistrate Lynnsie Cline on May 12. Bond was set at 3,000 property/surety. Bond was not posted and a hearing will be held in the matter.

Geremy Lauderman, 48, was charged in Tyler County Magistrate Court on May 12, 2024 with the misdemeanor offense of Possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription. The offense is alleged to have occurred on or about May 11. He pleaded not guilty to the crime before Magistrate Lynnsie Cline on May 12. Bond was set at $3,000 property/surety and was not posted. A hearing will be held in the matter.

Jamie L Villono, 43, was charged in Tyler County Magistrate Court on May 9, 2024 with a one count misdemeanor offense of Violation of protective order, and a one count misdemeanor offense of Unlawful removal, injury to or destruction of property The crimes are alleged to have occurred on or about May 9. Robert W Keener, 31, was charged in Tyler County Magistrate Court on May 6, 2024 with the misdemeanor offense of speeding. He pleaded guilty to the charge before Magistrate Lynnsie Cline and was fined $226.48 including costs and fees.

Robert Paul Wright, 44, was charged in Tyler County Magistrate Court on May 6, 2024 with the misdemeanor offense of Driving Under the Influence. The offense is alleged to have occurred on or about May 5, 2024.

Tristian Dakota Thomas, 26, was charged in Tyler County Magistrate Court on April 25, 2024 with the misdemeanor offense of Possession of controlled substance without valid prescription. He pleaded guilty to the charge on May 2, 2024 before Magistrate Brian Weigle. He was sentenced to six months in jail, however the sentence was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.

John Michael Morgan, 46, was charged in Tyler County Magistrate Court on April 25, 2024 with the misdemeanor offense of Driver Under Influence of Alcohol & Drugs. The offense is alleged to have occurred on or about April 19, 2024. He pleaded not guilty to the crime on April 25 before Magistrate Lynnsie Cline. He was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond. A hearing is scheduled for June 6, 2024 in the matter.

Randy Eugene Forrester, 58, was charged in Tyler County Magistrate Court on April 23, 2024 with the misdemeanor offense of Possession of controlled substance without valid prescription. The offense is alleged to have occurred on or about April 23.

Mitchell Kelly, 31, was charged in Tyler County Magistrate Court on April 18, 2024 with three misdemeanor offenses of count one Disorderly conduct and count two Brandishing deadly weapons and count three Obstruct law-enforcement, probation, parole, court security, corrections officer w/ threats of harm The offenses are alleged to have occurred on or about April 18. Magistrate Brian Weigle set bond in the case in the amount of 4,800 cash. Bond was not entered and a pre-trial hearing is scheduled for May 15, 2024 in Magistrate Court.

Rancel Jeramy Cross, 44, was charged in Tyler County Magistrate Court on April 16, 2024 with the misdemeanor offense of Trespass on property other than structure or conveyance. The offense is alleged to have occurred on or about April 7, 2024. He pleaded not guilty to the offense on April 26, at an initial hearing before Magistrate Lynnsie Cline. Bond was set at $500 PR and was not met.

James Edgar Kalp, 54, was charged in Tyler County Magistrate Court on April 10, 2024 with the misdemeanor offense of Violation of a Personal Safety Order. The alleged offense is said to have occurred on or about April 3, 2024. He appeared for an initial hearing before Magistrate Lynnsie Cline on April 16. Bond was set at $1,000 personal recognizance and was posted by the defendant. He is scheduled for a pretrial hearing on June 27, 2024 in Magistrate Court.
